I make loads of music as a hobby. Genre-wise things can get quite unexplainable at times, with pretty much anything applied which is necessary for conceptual purposes. Imagine semi-freeform electronic music, with tortured vocals, garish synth solos and lyrical themes which are out of this world, and you might get the picture for Ristikiehtova.
My other music project, Kotinäky, is dabbling with aleatoric melodies, a lot of influence from so-called “ritual ambience” and also darkwave. Slightly more musical, but still, one would be hard-pressed to find an apt comparison for the sounds.
I half-believe in this thing called synchronicity. If you do too, you might as well give some of this stuff a shot.
